Quality Policy

Reeds Consulting Pty Ltd provides professional services as land surveyors, civil engineers and development consultants to local, interstate and international clients in both the private and Government sectors.

 

Management is committed to:

  • Providing a quality service, cost effectively and within the client’s timeframe,
  • Monitoring work practices on a regular basis to ensure that service to clients is continually improved,
  • Regularly reviewing the Management System and changes in Acts, Regulations, and Manuals, in order to continually improve the effectiveness of the Reeds’ processes,
  • Encouraging staff to pursue innovative design using modern technology where value can be added to the client’s project.

 

Management reviews its quality objectives on a regular basis to ensure the continuing suitability of the Reeds Consulting Pty Ltd Management System. The Management System is audited in accordance with established procedures to ensure compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.

 

The Quality Policy is communicated to all employees and is understood by them.
