The Surveying Department at Reeds Consulting Pty Ltd provides an extensive range of surveying services. We provide these services to individuals, small companies, major corporations, Federal, State and Local Government Departments and Instrumentalities, Developers, Architects, Planners, Drafting Services, Solicitors, Engineers, Project Managers, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and Construction Contractors.
We provide particular expertise in the fields of:
- Subdivision, in all of its forms from 2 lots to large multi lot, multi stage estate developments. Land estates, existing buildings, proposed buildings, bodies corporate, airspace and any combination of these. Subdivisions for residential, commercial or industrial purposes in urban, inner city or rural areas.
- Title Boundaries. A full range of surveying services is offered in regard to the Victorian Land Titles System. This includes Title re‑establishment, check surveys, boundary amendments, adverse possession, General Law Conversion, consolidation, easements, covenants, restrictions and of course subdivision.
- Topographic, Engineering and Construction Surveys, for projects of any size from simple feature and level surveys to large scale mapping projects, pipelines, road construction, sewers and other services, building set-outs for units, houses, apartments, factories, high rise and low rise buildings or machinery.
- Due Diligence. Pre-purchase or pre-sale due diligence surveys of Title boundaries, floor areas and any other areas of particular concern within our sphere of operation.
- Floor Areas. These can be determined in accordance with the Property Council of Australia Guidelines (former B.O.M.A.) or any specific method applicable to a particular circumstance.
- Existing Conditions. Detailed surveys, internal or external, of existing buildings or structures for monitoring purposes or to facilitate design and re-development.
